Marketing Manager

ViralGains is seeking a highly motivated, agile individual to join as Marketing Manager. In this role, you’ll lead marketing strategy and execution, and own all programs, campaigns, tactics, and budget for the department, while working closely with Sales, Product Management, and Brand Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the demand generation function to drive predictable, scalable, and repeatable pipeline and revenue
  • Propose, develop, test and execute multi-channel acquisition programs that integrate digital content, events, email, web, and paid advertising
  • Partner with sales, SDRs, and brand strategists to develop programs that open new business opportunities
  • Develop and carry out event strategy for event speaking slots and proprietary events such as lunch and learns, and webinars
  • Manage our relationship with our PR agency and drive strategy
  • Ideate and develop a content strategy and calendar. Create original content to help promote and drive adoption of our product offering and new features
  • Track performance for all programs, and ensure marketing plans are delivering expected business outcomes
  • Manage distribution of all content across social media channels
  • Oversee website management
  • Collaborate with executive teams to produce presentation decks for thought-leadership programs
  • Produce creative assets to support campaigns such as ad copy and design, presentation decks, one-sheets

Qualifications and Requirements:

We are looking for self-starters who are ready to roll their sleeves up and dive into projects with enthusiasm. Candidates must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years experience in B2B marketing, preferably in marketing or advertising technology
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have extensive experience writing content like ebooks, guides, blog posts, and press releases
  • Experience with content syndication a plus
  • Strong project management skills—must be able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong process management skills – must be good at listening and gathering input from diverse stakeholders, at synthesizing input into clear project plans, at abstract thinking, and at execution
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce is required
  • Knowledge of Powerpoint and Keynote is required
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with individuals across the organization
