Marketing Coordinator

What We’re Looking For

ViralGains is seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and creative individual to join us as our Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you’ll support the Marketing team in strategy and execution of all programs, campaigns, and tactics, the analysis of results, and work closely with other departments such as Sales, Customer Support, and Product. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. 

$55,000 – $60,000 Base Salary + Bonus

A Day in the Life

  • Content Development: Ideate and collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various platforms, including website, blog, social media, advertising, and email newsletters. This will include writing copy, designing graphics, creating content calendars, and coordinating with external vendors or agencies as needed.
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, including, but not limited to, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. This includes creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and pulling regular reporting.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of events, including webinars, conferences, and promotional activities. This will involve coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze key marketing metrics and performance data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Regularly present findings and insights to the marketing team to inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding efforts. Also participate in the relationship with our external vendors such as our PR agency, demand generation partners, event organizers, etc. 
  • Market Research: Conduct research on general and industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.


We are looking for self-starters who are ready to roll their sleeves up and dive into projects with enthusiasm. Candidates must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Marketing or Communications 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling content
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Creative thinking and a willingness to contribute new ideas and strategies to the team
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with individuals across the organization. Must be good at listening and gathering input from diverse stakeholders, synthesizing input into clear project plans, abstract thinking, and execution
  • Proficiency in Canva, GA4, Hootsuite, LinkedIn Advertising, MailChimp, Photoshop, WordPress, and Zoho is preferred but not required
